Your name and email address if you contact us or create an account; the name, contact details and delivery address you provide when you place an order, together with your order history; the content of your messages; and standard technical information such as device and usage data. ZazaMarket does not currently process card payments on this website.
How we use it
To process and fulfil orders, respond to your enquiries, operate accounts, understand which pages and guides are useful, and improve the website.
Participating retailers and suppliers
When a participating retailer or supplier fulfils your order, we share only the order and delivery details needed to fulfil it. If you follow a link to an external retailer, you leave ZazaMarket. The retailer’s own privacy policy then applies to anything you do on their site. Affiliate programmes may use cookies or link parameters to attribute a qualifying purchase to us; we do not receive your payment details.
Security
Account and order records are protected by access controls: customers can only see their own orders, and only authorised administrators can manage orders and listings.
Retention
Enquiry, account and order records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, plus any period required by law.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
